Objectives of the cooperation

But what is the most optimal way to approach HCPs? CROPLAND developed an algorithm that learned HCPs preferred communication channel through a set-up of different actions and channels. Through machine learning, the algorithm generated a dynamic omni-channel mix, adjusted to the preferences of every client.
