Welcoming our brand-new COO: Jeroen Claes

We’re excited to share that Jeroen has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO)! This promotion comes at a crucial time as we continue to grow and adapt to the ever-changing needs of our industry.

In his new role, Jeroen will manage Operations, Human Resources, and Research & Development. He’ll lead our teams, keep us on the forefront of technology, and ensure we stay connected to our clients’ needs. Jeroen brings a strategic perspective and a strong drive for operational excellence that are vital as we move ahead. His leadership is key to adapting quickly and effectively to any challenges that come our way.

Looking ahead, we’re confident that with Jeroen’s guidance, we will continue to harness the power of data to guide our decisions, steering clear of instinctive judgments in favor of informed, strategic approaches.
